Two minutes, six times a day

The training you complete beats the training you plan. That sounds like a motivational poster, but it is also the most robust finding in adherence research: programmes people can fit into an ordinary day get done, and programmes that require rearranging the day do not.

Building the habit

TODO(client): to be written. Anchor each bout to something that already happens — the end of a call, the kettle, the walk back from the printer — and keep the list to three movements so it survives a bad week.

  • Anchor it to something that already happens
  • Three movements, not ten
  • Never skip twice in a row
