Move Better sells access to pre-recorded video courses about movement. Buying a course gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to watch it for as long as the service exists.

What you are buying

• Lifetime access to the course you paid for, and to its updates
• Access on any device you sign in from, within the device limit
• No subscription, and no automatic charges of any kind

What this is not

The courses are educational content, not medical care. They do not diagnose, treat or replace advice from a clinician. If you are in acute pain, have a diagnosed condition, or are recovering from injury or surgery, speak to a doctor before starting.
