Who made this course
Symon spent years on stage as a Cirque du Soleil artist, in a job where the body is the instrument and the next show is always tomorrow. Nobody there asks whether you feel like training: you keep the instrument in working order, every single day, or you do not perform.
That daily maintenance — ten to fifteen focused minutes, done whether or not it is convenient — is the only thing he found that survives contact with a real schedule. It is also the thing almost nobody outside professional performance is ever taught.
