This course is for you if
- You have finished Mobility Foundations or train regularly already
- Arms overhead is comfortable and nothing hurts in the shoulders or wrists
- You want a real progression with honest timelines, not a trick
- You are patient enough to hold a boring position for a minute
This course is not for you if
- Wrist, shoulder or elbow pain, or a recent injury there
- You cannot yet put your arms straight overhead without arching the lower back — start with the base
- You expect a free-standing handstand in six lessons
- Pregnancy, uncontrolled blood pressure, or a doctor's advice against inversions

Who made this course
Symon spent years on stage as a Cirque du Soleil artist, in a job where the body is the instrument and the next show is always tomorrow. Nobody there asks whether you feel like training: you keep the instrument in working order, every single day, or you do not perform.
That daily maintenance — ten to fifteen focused minutes, done whether or not it is convenient — is the only thing he found that survives contact with a real schedule. It is also the thing almost nobody outside professional performance is ever taught.
