What will change

  • Learn to perform wall-assisted handstand exercises with greater confidence and control over your body position.

  • Improve shoulder stability and your ability to control weight distribution through your hands while inverted.

  • Develop greater control over your hip and leg positions while maintaining stable support.

  • Master more challenging static and dynamic wall-assisted exercises and develop a better sense of balance.

  • Prepare for LEVEL 4 — FREESTANDING, where you'll learn to kick up into a handstand and develop independent balance without constant wall support.

This course is for you if

  • Those who have completed LEVEL 2 - INVERSION and are ready to progress to handstand exercises using wall support.
  • Those who can confidently perform basic inverted positions but want to improve their body control in a handstand.
  • Those who want to develop shoulder stability, coordination, and the ability to control their leg positions while inverted.
  • Those who prefer structured, progressive training with gradually increasing difficulty and two training volume options - Minimum and Advanced.

This course is not for you if

  • Those who have not yet mastered basic inverted positions or developed sufficient shoulder stability to perform exercises against a wall.
  • Those who want to jump straight into freestanding handstands without first learning to control their body with wall support.
  • Those who do not have access to a sturdy wall, a non-slip floor, and enough clear space to train safely.
  • Those who have been advised by a medical professional to avoid inverted positions or significant loading of the wrists, elbows, and shoulders.
