What will change

  • Learn to control your kick-up momentum and enter a handstand more accurately while gradually reducing your reliance on the wall.

  • Develop the ability to find and maintain independent balance in handstands with your legs apart and together.

  • Improve shoulder stability and control over your pelvis and torso position while holding a handstand.

  • Learn dynamic leg switches and transitions between different handstand positions while maintaining balance control.

  • Consolidate your skills in independent handstand entries and balance holds, building a foundation for further technical improvement.

This course is for you if

  • Those who have completed LEVEL 3 — WALL CONTROL and are ready to progress from wall-supported exercises to independent balance.
  • Those who can confidently control inverted positions against a wall but struggle to kick up into a handstand or maintain balance without support.
  • Those who want to improve their kick-up technique, shoulder stability, and body control in a handstand.
  • Those who prefer structured, progressive training with gradually increasing difficulty and two training volume options — Minimum and Advanced.

This course is not for you if

  • Those who have not yet mastered basic inverted positions or cannot confidently support their body weight on straight arms.
  • Those who want to jump straight into freestanding handstands without first learning body control against a wall and how to exit a handstand safely.
  • Those who do not have access to a sturdy wall, a non-slip floor, and enough clear space to train safely.
  • Those who have been advised by a medical professional to avoid inverted positions or significant loading of the wrists, elbows, and shoulders.
